What have you recently eaten?

Just got an air fryer and have been fine tuning fries and other shit I've usually deep fried in the past. Also welcome to modern appliance world where the first thing a new appliance does is start talking to other appliances and connecting to the Internet and shit.

You mean a cast iron skillet? Those are great for making home oven pizzas.

Not that fancy, I'm talking cheap stuff here(I like the cast iron though...)
I don't know what it's called in english but we call it the "long pan" and it's this, I just haven't picked up the word for it. It's the same size as the oven and ~2½ inch deep.

It reminds me, I haven't made the long dish pork pancake since... it's pretty good actually, pancakes and waffles are not my favorite or something I like to eat but this one is special, it's filled with the smokey flavor of crackling pork exploding between your teeth. The day-after meal is also nice, just dice the leftovers and fry it in a pan.

I'd made chili a few days ago, and had some left over.

I finally harvested the last ghost peppers from the last pepper plant I had alive last night. They looked like this when I was drying them today:

I ground them up when they were dried into about two or three tablespoons full of thin red powder.

I added a barely visible amount of that powder to a bowl of chili, and my guess was accurate, because it was still edible. The original chili was mellow because my friends are pussies. A tiny amount of this stuff rendered it sweat-inducingly hot but still edible.

That's all it turned out to be.

Squid ink pasta and vodka sauce, leftover from Halloween. There's also some smoked pork shoulder that was also leftover that I might tear into.

I just had way to much Indian food, first time I've had it in years and it was quite delicious.

But now I feel like I'm going to shit my pants, God fucking save me!. I'm never ordering food from brown people again.

Ate 1.1 kilograms of korean BBQ ribs. I doubt any korean was ever involved in preparing, it was a grocery store item that was heavily reduced in price because the "best before" date was approaching. The store has good cooling that I can trust, there's another super market where I won't buy the same meat products if it's within a week of the best before date because their coolers suck.
Pretty good but at around 65% in I started to get the sweats.

Here's a future "what have I recently eaten" because I already know what it is: a friend of mine called and she had bought waaay too much wild chantarelles from a woman she knows and she wanted to know if I would like to buy some. Almost a kilogram for €5, hell yeah.
I made an omelette yesterday, today there will be butter-bacon-chantarelle gnocchi, there will be risotto, it will be made into sauce and served on meat, I will probably have to freeze some of them because that's a lot of mushrooms and I'm no good at drying them.

A bit of traveller's sausage that was flavored with a bit of sriracha oil. Bit too late for a lunch and I'm not inclined to ruin my dinner.

Freshly baked bread and country-style short ribs which were a bit tougher than I'd like. I'm taking the last batch and doing it much longer at a much lower temperature. Of course, they're not supposed to be as tender as baby back ribs, but they could be a bit more.

frozen garlic sauce ham pizza

7/10, wasnt fully cooked when I first pulled it and I burned it the second time, frozen pizzas have too much dough to taste good even though the toppings amount was more than generous for the price (10zl / 2$)
