Poke bowls - basically rice or other grains in a bowl with a ton of bite sized vegetables (and fish/meat if you like) topped with whatever sauce you want.

They just look so mouth watering to me.

My local grocery store had a sale where for $19.99, you got 4 pints of chinese entrees, 8 sides, 2 things of either noodles or rice. I got leftovers for a couple of days. My lunch today was Orange chicken and noodles.
