Not sure if you're the same but I don't really go in for anything sweet anymore besides chocolate and rarely cola. I think salt and sugar are so diametrically opposed that it's rare to have a taste for both.Hate to double post but I'm slightly hungover. I also consume tons of sodium, which I shouldn't. It took my dad and his brother out at a young age. Salt really is addicting.

I prefer vegg over fruit as well this all has to be connected
The specific combination of sugar, salt and fat is what most fast food is based on and is why it's addictive and designed to be such. That said, if you seriously cut down on one or more of them for an extended period of time you'll find yourself disgusted by fast food or soda if you try it again. Not sure if you're the same but I don't really go in for anything sweet anymore besides chocolate and rarely cola. Samosas are awesome. Some massive but elicious samoas from our local Indian joint. This place makes just killer ones and they are HUGE but some how still balanced not too much of anything but like 2-3 are a meal on their own. Oddly enough since they already are comically over sized, as a meat eater, I prefer veg ones. Not just there but over all.
Yes, but your prize for saving money is... more spam. That's right, you get to eat spam all week!If you're eating the right portion it's like a dollar per shot. You eat about a quarter of the can, put the rest in a Ziploc. Mixed with a couple of packs of 50 cent noodles and that's $1.50.
That's a poor kid meal.
Who would eat an entire can of spam in one sitting? You'd have a stroke from the sodium.
Yes but my counterpoint to that is that I like the taste of spam.Yes, but your prize for saving money is... more spam. That's right, you get to eat spam all week!
If I'm picking questionable cheap processed meat products, I'd probably just go with bologna sandwich. Or the tried and true hotdog. And I think either of those was probably cheaper than spam on a per-serving basis anyway.
That egg thing sounds really really good. Also I completely drain the liquid out of my noodles after I'm done making them so I think most of the salt gets taken out with that. When I make ramen's I boil the flavor packet with the water and noodles and then I drain all the liquid and just eat the wet noodles. Also, if you want to enhance cheap packaged noodles, an egg or two (fried, or swirled in to the simmering broth) is really the way to go. There's a ridiculous amount of salt in the noodles anyway, and eggs are.. healthy-ish? good source of protein and nutrients, assuming you don't believe in things like cholesterol. And they're pretty cheap.
My go-to snack is a cheese sandwich - just bread and swiss cheese. Really freaks people out.I had a cheese and pickle sandwich because I'm poor but it was delicous because I was hungry.
