What have you recently eaten?

Had only a bite or two of it, but, I cooked for my dad recently. Baked salmon, seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice, chili oil, and plated with baked lemon slices. Served it with cilantro lime rice on the side, and sauteed peppers, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli. The veg was cooked in a pre-made catch all Asian sauce marinade him and mum keep on hand. Teriyaki, soy, mirin, garlic, the usual suspects when it comes to Asian flavour notes. Overall it was really good, but I just don't like fish much, and unfortunately cilantro tastes like soap to me. Dad raved about it to coworkers. I'm glad he liked it.

Just a really thin omelette made of only egg whites. Maybe you can store it, but I'd generally only use one freshly made. Actually I generally wouldn't use it at all, because it's for fags.

They sell egg white wraps nowadays (even flavored ones) but they really aren't the same, but they are a lot more shelf stable. It really is just a very thin omelette.

I have never had anything caviar flavor in my life, so I bought some imported caviar potato chips. It's fishy and nutty. It kinda tastes like how fish food smells..... but in a good way? Like smoked salmon, but sharper, in the same way some cheeses are really sharp like an aged white cheddar.

Worth the experience, and I have a strong feeling that I like eating these chips a lot better than I would like actual caviar.

I like to go to this specialty food store and I only buy stuff for the experience, but these are so good I would get them again.

These suck. I think flaming hot are actually spicier, and the fat shape is like you are eating a double thick puff.

Korean cheese crackers are my drug. Something about them being cheesy but sweet, not savoury and salty like you'd expect, just makes my brain tingle with happy hormones.

I haven't been able to eat much over the last 5 days because I have had this horrible infection...I feel like I can finally eat without excruciating pain and be able to keep it down so I just ordered some fried catfish from one of the best fish places near me. pretty excited. of course I will be sharing some with my beloved cat.
