I made a thing I'm proud of.
I made my usual burger patty recipe, with a dash or two of worstershire.
Cooked medium rare and simmered in some kalbi sauce at the end.
Kalbi is the sauce they use for korean bbq or short ribs. It is delicious and a lot of asian markets have it, depending on what kind of Asian they are, lol. It's like the A1 of Korea.
Anyway, I simmered them with that and added kimchi on top.
If I make it again I would simmer the kalbi separately on a slow heat, pour it over the burgers, and top it with chopped kimchi.
