What hobby should I pick up in 2021?

Urban exploration, see if there are any interesting places around you on google maps that you can find to go exploring and take photos. Invite a close friend it’s an outdoor activity. You will get bored eventually without a car though because you run out of places to explore within range or all the usual spots are too well known and there is a lot of heat on popular locations. Sometimes bush whacking in random spots you will find weird shit though like farming equipment or cars people have abandoned.

Best lockdown hobby is survivalism. Learn to farm, learn to manufacture weapons and tools, build a fortified bunker decorated with the skulls of those who failed to observe social distancing.

I second learning practical skills like woodworking with simple tools, making rope from plant fibers, common medicinal properties of the flora and fauna around you

Take up yoga and specialize in poses that will eventually progress into the ability of auto-fellatio to cope with your government imposed isolation.

Serious answer:
Try out a number of simple things and see if anything catches your interest and/or you have any talent for. Stick to things that have at least some level of practicality such as sewing, knitting, cooking, furniture repair, car repair, appliance repair, computer repair and diagnostics, gardening, etc.
