we don't clean until after police clear the scene for us to clean. and if its the bank repossessing the house, they're not going to claim any of the shit anyway. if the item isn't contanimated with blood or gore or bodily fluids and the house isn't a meth lab, most of the stuff gets thrown out, and in horde situations where a person dies and the next of kin comes by they don't even care if some items get taken home, as long as it nots explicitly stuff that the next of kin requests like documents and family heirlooms. shit sometimes with higher ticket items like collectible cars they get resold to the business for clean up detail and minor restoration, for us to resell at a profit. Blow your brains out in a tesla, no one wants to really get down in that shit to like really get in there and clean, but you'd be amazed at how many people would be willing to buy tesla for a discounted price with only a suicide in it.
