Not really, Obama was voted in with enthusiasm from his voters and had high favorability ratings after he was elected.

Hillary's voters voted for her because they didn't like Trump. Anything she would have done would've been shat on by both the right and left, and would likely have an approval rating only slighter higher than Trump, who beat her.

She likely wouldn't have had a 2nd term unless she performed a legitimate miracle and managed to get people to like her.
