It's like people said. Chris isn't the way he is due to a lack of decent programs for Autistic children. He is the way he is because of The Borb. Take away The Borb and you take away CWC and all that's wrong with him.

More than that, getting results from a special education program requires teachers and parents working together to make sure the system gets followed through with more than just while they're in the class. Even if Borb had let the school put him in a special ed class, his home life would have been constantly undermining what his teachers were trying to do. So not only was their decision to keep him out of programs a bad one, but had they allowed it thy would have managed to undo all of it at home.

OR at least they'd tell him to ignore the things he learned in Special Ed. And, seriously, this is a guy who bragged about falling asleep in class. How likely is it that he'd have actually gotten anything out of it? Did he even get anything out of his regular classes? This is a man who must have had sex education, but, either he had a very different curriculum from what I had, or he was listening to it so little that he thought it was a step-by-step class in how to pound tom-tom.

All joking aside, I really wish that Chris could take a trip to another country, if only to see if it could expand his horizons a little bit. If he could behave himself, I could see him really enjoy visiting Japan, South Korea, or even Thailand.

Chris's parents did not share the same positive opinion of the trip, and told him if he travels at all after the trip to Cleveland, he would not be allowed back into his home, and will be left homeless or even worse.

Therefore, since that trip five years ago, Chris remains in Ruckersville and the greater C-ville area. Since Chris has deteriorated since 2009 in more ways than one, it's unlikely that once dies, he'll go anywhere.

Apparently mildly autistic people are often well-suited to acting, because they're so used to having to basically act the emotions they want to express, doing so as a fictional character is second nature. First, a lesson in hygiene, and his current clothes all must be destroyed. Weight training and a better diet to get his weight back to semi-normal levels. Some decent condition t-shirts and pants that fit: not to make him look stylish, but go from "creepiness off the charts" to "scruffy nerd" would be a massive improvement. Finally, use some of the 14BLC insurance money to send Barb off to a home for the elderly, change his name, and work in a technical school (learn a trade).
