She'd fall back asleep on his corpse like a greasy beanbag chair, the steady bloating providing more comfort through the hours. That'd be the most physical effort she'd have exerted in years, even if it was simply cooking something to poison. Likely add/lose the body to the hoard later, to decay among the trashpiles with the rest of the Chandler pets.

(What) If there is a multiverse of Chrises, how do you picture Chris Prime?

If all the Chrises were to battle for the title of The One True Chris, which would win and why/how?

If there is a multiverse, and there is a Christine that transitioned to Chris, what would be the biggest (besides the obvious) differences in Christory?

1. Are you saying our Chris isn’t the Prime Chris?

2. They would all shit themselves and do nothing. Effectively wiping out all indigenous life on the planet they were on,

3. The roles of Bob and Barb would probably be reversed.

He'd realize that he wasted his whole fucking life doing nothing and that he only exists to be a big fat leech on society, which would make him fall into a very bleak manic depression, which would then quickly fade away as soon as his intelligence boost does, in which he would forget what happened and go back to playing with his toy hoard in his room.
