That would be fucking awful business acumen as Chris lives in the middle of nowhere.

Although, if the gambit does pay off, there could be some decent gentrification in the area, leading to Chris and Barb making a tidy profit on their crapshack once the Neighbourhood Association forces them out.

I think he will just chill in the greenhouse until the house is rebuilt, probably hassle the construction workers at times with the occasional racial slur.
