What is a productive use of time?

Come to think of it, it doesn't seem anyone has mentioned low testosterone yet, which is a potential root cause of feeling lethargic, directionless and having poor sleep, so this is also something you should consider.
I do believe that there is a study linking lower testosterone levels in men (around >300ng/dl i believe) to depression.
You really don't need anything other than exercise, sunlight, and eating well to get to high enough testosterone level.

A productive use of your time is anything that makes you a better person than beforehand. I don't mean in getting more funny money that will be worth less by tomorrow, but training in the gym, learning life skills, enjoying nature, etc.

But in the end the most important thing is giving meaning to the things you do. Pop culture is built around Nihilism because depressed people buy useless shit to fill a void in their life. Reject that faggotry, the world is beautiful and every productive thing you do makes you a better person than you were yesterday.

I'm on the right site, right?
I just got out of the gym and got some vitamins. I put the gym off all the time but everytime I go I end feeling more alive than any other time.
I'm almost astonished at how positive all of you guys have been. Thank you very much.
I was expecting a lot of things, but the lack of cynicism here is pretty damn admirable.
See guys, we're not so bad.

Yes, normally, but some people have low testosterone due to other environmental factors or shitty genetics. OP should investigate this.

From the outside the farms is known as a snarling horrible pit of snakes, but if anyone looked closer they'd see most of us are just regular people getting on with our lives and occasionally taking a moment to laugh about internet weirdos. Of course it's easier to say "green fruit website bad" and ignore all nuance.

I noticed that you feel most productive when you're at the gym. Why don't you try a physical activity with competition involved like fighting or racing of some kind? You could also take up gardening as well to use your physical exertion for a tangible result.

Thanks a lot for ideas

I have also something to share if you don't mind.

To use time in a productive way you should go for time management course and not only learn how to deal with your time wisely but also do in on practice. What I learnt it's very important to delegate things to other people or services and focus on priorities. When people say 'I didn't have time to compete before deadline...' or to learn something it's just a matter of priorities. I recommend to pick up reliable people or services, as I delegate some writing work to edubirdie. Search for reviews like I was convinced buy edubirdie reviews and decided to delegate them some my essays and writing assignments. It helped me to release more time for subjects and topics I need for my future profession.
