Depends on if you want a more positive or negative connotation.

If you want to portray it as positive, I think others got it with "standards" and "consistency". If negative, you might want to go for "elitism".

I think the reason "containment" doesn't really work isn't because it's negative, but because it's kind of the opposite strategy -- It's more like letting the undesirables have their own place where they can run rampant so they won't try to invade yours.
