I'm confused about what fedposting means. What are some examples of fedposting without actually doing the fedposting?

Solution
Fed Posting is saying you are going to do something very illegal in a way that does not come off as funny, or ironic and leads the reader to conclude you might be serious. The term derived from an earlier meaning of accusing a user of being a Federal Agent due to his posts that served as open invitation to entrapment. such as "DM me if you are interested in really taking the fight too Obama".

A good example I personally saw on the forum was in one of the multimedia threads bitching about Disney. a user started talking about how easy it would be to attach explosives to drones and fly them to Cindarella's castle. This was a Fedpost, and the user caught a ban.

but this ban can be circumvented if you just say "in Minecraft"

oh wait, that doesn't work

Fedposting refers to making inflammatory, violent, or illegal comments online, often in forums or social media, which can attract the attention of law enforcement agencies. The term derives from the suspicion that such posts are made by undercover federal agents or informants to entrap others.
