productive pass times like learning a skill that you strive to get better in.
There's too many people consuming, not enough people creating. And I'm not talking about media, I'm talking about actually learning a craft and being creative. To truly make something beautiful, like a kitchen garden or a piece of good artwork. That I believe is truly good for the soul.

1. Motion. Motion in life is what purifies and refines the soul, just like water which carries away toxin and nourishes the earth.
2. Yes, it's of paramount importance. A corrupted soul or at least a deadened one, can no longer enjoy their work at best and at worst, it ruins whatever it touches.
3. Everyones will manifests differently based on their desires and abilities but it all comes back to being able to move themselves and the world.
4. Not much, the weather has been nice as of late though. It's encouraging.

Standing outside in bare feet. I know it sounds like hippy bollocks but it really does do something good for you
Being in nature and really looking at it.
Outdoor swimming
Your kids telling you they love you
Appreciating the good things you have
Growing things
Making things
Doing good for others
Overcoming difficulty
The capybaras and vapourware sounds pretty good too.

Independence and self-determination.

Efficacy. The flow state. Actually finishing projects.

Pride.

The long and short of it is that pride is inescapably linked to responsibility, and responsibility to high ideals is a path to sacrifice and meaning.
The greatest sacrifice, the heaviest responsibility, highest moral good and source of greatest meaning is getting married and raising a family in which you invest all your pride.

Prayer, loving God and trusting in His grace everyday. Everything else matters little in comparison.
