Humility, wit, endurance, determination, discipline, wisdom, etc...

Out of all the positive qualities that a person can have, which is the best of the best?

The innate desire to raise a child and ensure their well-being. Not just with family, but with teachers, caregivers or even just random people who feel like teaching a child a little bit about the world around them. It takes a village to raise a child and all that.

Also, the quality to adopt a child that isn't yours is also beautiful in a sense.

The ability to reason. To figure shit out. And THEN act emotionally by killing the motherfucker.

The ability to totally fuck over or kill another human being cannot be overstated. It's what's ultimately shaped the world since time began and although we like to think we've become more "civilized" and repressed this basic human trait, the reality is we've simply developed more sophisticated ways of killing one another than actually strangling them to death with our bare hands.

The ability to take responsibility for your actions. Personal accountability, the desire to recognize your actions and work towards improvement, that really separates humans from animals.

It also separates good humans from bad ones, in my opinion.
