It's C, for sure.

Not C++ which is a sick bastard child. Just the original, badass C that is still used today when people mean serious business.

It's an extremely small and fast language, easy to learn but hard to master. It's elegant and has great low level access. You can do some wicked things in assembly code.

There are some modern languages that attempt to replace C but they always fall short. Because in trying to fix the "problems" they only end up destroying the elegance of the language. They're too dumb to see it.
