My favorites are simple:

Chicken Sandwich (any of them. Grilled, crispy, etc)

Grilled cheese with ham.

Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, green bell pepper, olives, cucumbers, pickles and mustard.

I also like a salmon and cream cheese sandwich as well.
