"Degeneracy" and insular groups go hand in hand for a bunch of reasons. Get yourself into an insular group and you will develop an in-group/out-group dynamic. And it will go gay. Every single fucking time, it goes gay. The nazis went gay (more than once), the bolsheviks went gay (and were also incels), the proud boys went gay. Feminist collectives went gay. Antifa are faggots, but that's a given. Virtually every insular group goes gay, descends into depravity, then starts broadcasting its decadence to the world because they've lost perspective. It goes gay because homosexuality is a great way to foment in-group bonds and also enforce the out-group exclusion. It becomes debauched because, once you've opened up sex and sexuality as a means to develop in-group social bonds, all the limits are gone. They lose perspective because, within the group, their extreme behaviours are normalised and encouraged, to the point that they display them to everyone in the belief that they aren't doing anything weird or stupid.

And to repeat: being gay (or even being "degenerate") isn't the problem in and of itself. Within a group dynamic, however, it becomes an issue because it's a symptom of the group becoming insular and inward-looking. After that comes demands for conformity to the group's behaviours (usually cast as "ideals"), schisms, cultish mind-games, personality hacking, blowing up office towers for the lulz, twitter fights, you name it. This is why insular groups are the most productive dairy farms.

Bit of both. Hazing rituals are meant to confirm obedience and loyalty to the group and anyone who isn't sufficiently loyal will eventually be pushed out. These groups also tend to be populated by people who are looking for some sort of external validation of their identity, so they're more likely to tolerate the insular behaviours.

At risk of stroking your ego, it's likely you're not the sort of person who would stoop to joining one of these extremist groups to begin with. When you get down to it, they're just a step above cults in terms of their behaviours and methods, so they'll tend to seek out people who are less independent-minded and more vulnerable to suggestion.

Simplest answer I can think of for True Believers: "pro-White" really just means being supportive of Western Christendom, and that does not necessarily exclude people that are not "le 100% pure Nordic Aryan Master Race." Latins may see themselves as being principally European, and Christians from the Middle East can probably consider themselves white by virtue of being Caucasian Christians (Dow v United States as a legal demonstration of this logic). East Asians likely can see how the winds will blow when whites get shit on, and I assume that some blacks just like the idea of an orderly and peaceful society, even if it makes them "Uncle Toms." Of course, it is really hard to tell who actually believes in these ideas and who is a grifter/fed, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.
