what is the funniest accent?

They tell me this man is speaking English, I'm honestly not sure.
Irish English can be difficult even for us. I can understand most of him being used to Northern Irish accents, County Kerry accents are a lot more thick and compared to what I'm used to
My shot at transcribing:
"well they'll find marks in them, theres red in blue in them anyone can see it, find the marks on them
"Possibly at night there'd be a full moon there up all night and sure it'd be bright out and there anyone could be up in the mountains with no lights on, well there was 45 sheep missing like and the lambs and the sheep's its count out to a nice bit of money like, what can be done about it? nothing

Reminds me of this

What's hilarious is it comes in waves, sometimes I'm like "oh yeah I can parse what he's saying" and then he and the other shepherd go on a tear of Irish mumble nonsense and I'm genuinely confused what they're getting at.

Australian. Seriously; they all sound like Crocodile Dundee or Steve Irwin. I mean, Steve Irwin was the coolest MF to ever exist, but I cannot take you guys seriously.

New Zealander
When I was in New Zealand I met a black Kiwi, and holy hell, I could not understand that guy. His accent was a mix of NZ and American ebonics, it was nuts. It was the first time I had to tell someone to move on because I literally could not understand the words coming out of his mouth, and I work with a shit load of Laotian immigrants.
