I think being a manlet is less height and more a state of mind. For instance, Don Knotts (Barney Fife from the The Andy Griffith Show) Roger Daltrey (Lead Singer of The Who) and Ronnie James Dio (Lead singers for Rainbow and Black Sabbath) were/are all short guys (5' 7", 5' 6" and 5' 3" respectively) and yet all three were/are ladies men (Yes Don Knotts could really make a woman drop her damp panties).
