It felt so liberating deleting that Twitter account I had for 3 years. Nothing but porn bots, pointless arguing about stupid subjects, and dumb political stories that keep you scared and depressed. It was a breath of fresh air to leave them all behind. I rarely use social media anymore but I only follow artists I like on there. I don't like to post on there.

The day I figured it out, after fourteen straight hours of staring at watch people die videos. You ever done that? You look in their eyes, even in a video, doesn't matter if they're dead or alive, you can still read them. You know what you see? They welcomed it... Not at first, but... right there in the last instant. It's an unmistakable relief. See, cause they were afraid, and now they saw for the very first time how easy it was to just... let go. Yeah, they saw, in that last nanosecond, they saw... what they were. You, yourself, this whole big drama, it was never more than a nigger-rigged presumption of dumb will, and you could just let go. To finally know that you didn't have to hold on so tight. To realize that all your life -all...
One time I made the mistake of eating way too much mexican street food and then went ziplining right after. I had to hold in the most explosive diarrhea ever for 2 whole hours. After I finally got to the end I stormed into the nearest washroom and emptied my bowels so hard it was like god wringing them like a wet rag.

That was the most liberating moment of my life.

Not giving a fuck about the pointless people around me and the hate that is all over the world these days. I just did not give a shit because, at the end of the day, what the hell can I do to stop this? And also spending more time with the people who make you happy and dropping the ones who don't and don't help you grow as a person.
