What is the official limit for how wicked a tattoo can be before it becomes cringe?

It all depends on the person who gets tattooed. A goofy looking nerd like me would make everything look cringe.

Anything over 5 Navarros is cringe. That's the cutoff. If you're at a 4.9 Navarro level, you're OK.

Bear in mind, these are absolute values, and it doesn't matter if you compensate with Durstings. For example, if you have an overall tattoo value of 7 Navarros, adding some ink with a value of 2.1 Dursts, will NOT bring you down to an acceptable level. You will still be cringe.

Not necessarily. I know someone who got a tattoo in memory of their grandfather who despised tattoos and thought people with tattoos were trash and this person got his face tattooed on their ass. Everyone in their family is appalled by it. I also know a deadbeat dad that got a tattoo in memory of his son that died, probably in part because of the way his dad treated him, and the tattoo itself makes no sense and is just retarded and probably would have been offensive to his son if he'd seen it.
