After some (quick) research, for proper nouns, amongst other factors, you would add -es for the plural if it ends in an "unvoiced" /-s/ (like Jonas > the Jonases), and leave it as is if it ends in a "voiced" /-z/.

So since apparently farms is pronounced /ˈfɑːɹmz/, then the plural would stay the same. I think.
