What is the purpose of life?

I think our purpose is war. We're meant to form teams, make alliances, have betrayals, conquer each other, defend our territory against would-be conqueres. In a sense low-iq gangbangers in L.A. and Detroit are living a life closer to our natural purpose and destiny than the average commuter going to and from an office.

This is what people have done for basically all of our existence, the game ends when one team wins the whole planet. Sadly, it's gonna be some faggot like Klaus Schwab or a Bill Gates type who wins in the end, but it was fun to play. If only from a distance, up close it's a lot of suffering and pain; Mongols raping people and Germans gassing people (allegedly), etc.

People do this even on a small scale, we play videogames to simulate it, watch movies to experience it vicariously, it happens to an extent in the corporate world and in our romantic lives. What is a man being cucked if not someone who’s territory has been conquered by an invading force?

Even chimpanzees form gangs and have specific territories that they guard, they sometimes gang beat chimpanzees from other tribes to death if they come into their territory.

Someone more intelligent than me could maybe articulate this in a better way that sounds less cringe, but basically, I think Genghis Khan was right. Not saying it's a good thing, it just is what it is.

I think technology has kind of ruined war, once we had the technical capabilities to straight up carpet bomb cities or launch missiles from super far away, that was it. I think we're at the end of the game and everyone instinctively knows it but we're all dragging our feet to get some more time playing before the clock runs out, sort of like stopping the clock in football when there’s only seconds left.

The statement "You have Elon Musk in his biography, who said he’s trying to save the human race by colonizing the stars and re-awaken humanity manifest destiny." is preposterous.

The idea humans will ever leave this star system is exceptionally far fetched even with the greatest anticipated developments in technology. Anyone who has looked deeply into the subject knows this.

And in regards to the idea of populating Mars, that is an insane planet to attempt colonization on. Visit, sure, to show we can go there? Sure. To perhaps have a temporary settlement for research purposes, sure. But that's about it.

I hope there is no assigned purpose to life from someone else, that one has a duty to.

One should be able to have the freedom to choose a purpose or have none in their life.

Absolutely zero point to it all, whether one "creates" their own purpose or not. No matter what you do you will be filled with regret on your death bed and completely forgotten within 100 years.

Basically it's best not to think about these things and to keep productive, the reality is far too depressing and can cause problems if you think about it too long.

Seriously? Nigga thinks he's Paul Atraidies? Someone should let Elon know we live on Earth, not Arrakis.

The purpose of life is survival. Not of you as an individual, not of your genetic line, but just life, any life.
The purpose of sapience is understanding the world around you, understanding yourself, and their interaction.
The purpose of your life could be any number of things, depending on your proclivities, resources, nature.

My three cents.

What about giving us a chance to go to heaven.
People who think of heaven never really give it much thought. I mean just for a minute could someone explain what life would be like in heaven.

What the fuck do you do allllll day for a billion years? Do you eat? Do you shit? Do you have clothes? Are they the same clothes every single day? Do you she. Sex? Can you jack off? If not do you have a wardrobe - and if so who picks out the clothes. Do you sleep? Do you drink or need water?is there a library or only the Bible?. Is music allowed or just harps?.

I assume you’ve no cars, no pets, no TVs but sadly you are stuck with your mother and father 24/7. No internet , no KFs! No MAGA. No libs. No concerts.

The idea of heaven is fleeting as a good idea. It actually sucks if you think about it.

In fact , the very definition of heaven is indeed hell - no joke - if you actually stop and think for a minute what it actually means.

Death is far better and less cruel.
