The Universe exists within a Black Hole of another. Calculate the Schwarzschild Radius of The Universe to see for yourself.
Everything is cyclical favoring rebirth, and universes rebirth via insane gravity wells focusing filtered information into a single point and then blinking once to detonate it. The results are random, tumbling dice, yet tumbling through what?
We tend to anthropomorphize physics, and as such we have a very difficult time with concepts like "nothing" choosing to misinterpret them as "lack of stuff" (that's "void" or "devoid of matter") when that's not what "nothing" means in this context.
"Nothing": a perfect heat exchanging, electrically neutral, frictionless medium that none the less produces flotsam and jetsam when energy glides through it. The Universal One metaphorically described this "nothing" as like running your finger through an onyx bowl of ether: you can only see it frothing and splashing when you move your hand, but it doesn't stick, albeit referring to cosmic nothingness as "the ether" did...
Something is there, but it's nothing we can detect due to its very nature, beyond induced whirls influencing things we can detect. It's not matter, it's not energy, nor is it a lack of matter or energy. It's the one common feature of all universes and as such hypothetically exists in and of itself as a separate "thing". Speculating as to what the fuck a single constant point of reference in the cycle of All Things And Everything represents is anyone's guess...
