What is the weirdest/creepiest thing you've seen while you had sleep paralysis?

Is sleep paralysis some kind of MK Ultra side effect? Why do so many people claim to have this problem?
Sleep paralysis is something everyone experiences every night. It prevents things like sleepwalking. The rare part of the experience is when the mind has already woken up, but the paralysis is still there.

Which is annoying, like how do you get the spiders off your face when you can't move.

I've had this a lot. A few that I remember are,

One time I woke up and heard what sounded like a big dog in the kitchen. Then I heard it walk in to the bedroom and go under my bed. Then I could feel and hear it moving under my bed. We didn't have a dog at the time.

Another time I woke up on my back and saw a silhouette of a man come out of the celling up to his waste. He then started to shake me like a new born baby.

I once saw a giant purple spider crawl from behind the TV and jump at my face.

A mobster from the 30s came out of my closet to hit me with a wet noddle.

Many many many times it's been shadow people coming in to the bedroom to shot me in the face.

My husband's head pulling a Linda Blair and then screaming "BLEH!" at me.

So many spooky ghost children that I started asking my kids when they woke me up "You're not ghost babies are you?" until they grew up more.

Ghost animals that look like they're wearing their pelts like a spooky ghost costume. They just float around my room.

It's gotten better now that I wear an eye mask and ear plugs.

I've only had it happen once, but I was on my side and I swear I saw a hunched over black figure crawling towards me. I woke up and never had SP again. I'm a grown ass man and that scared the living shit out of me.
The figure looked human, but wrong. Almost like something pretending to be human.

Never saw it but I knew what it was and wanted no part of what it offered, no matter how nicely it whispered.

I haven't had it happen in a while, but when it does I somehow know when the weird buzzing sound starts that it's time to move and wake up.

It's mostly everyday things that physically crush me, like an overturned truck, collapsing tunnel in sandstone, then there were intruders (ordinary man and woman) who got into my room and strangled me on my bed. That's why I don't sleep by open windows, as the sounds make me sleep lighter.

Not quite a paralysis but more like a nightmare with an exactly replicated room, but quite scary was, when my dad handed me a letter, that was from a former friend who went mad, his talking stopped making any sense, says I am ''evil'' and irl blames me for gatekeeping my sister from him and is convinced I told her some ugly lies.
In the letter, there was something along the lines, that his workplace was closed and he was fired, so now he has all the time in the world to keep an eye on us and I will regret I ever told her the ugly things. Then I laid back on the bed, closed my eyes and dropped the letter.
The transition between sleep and waking state was so seamless that I started looking for the crumpled letter on the floor, until I remembered my family is still on holiday so there was no one to bring me the mail, and the door is still locked. What a relief.

I dont get sleep paralysis but sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and see shadow things reaching out at me, usually resembling a spider of some sort or apparitions of bugs crawling in my bed

happened to me once maybe twice. didnt see anything. remember shouting for help for what felt like 20-30 minutes and not understanding why no one was coming only to eventually realize i was making 0 noise.

Had crazy shit like that happen in dreams, but not awake. Just 2 weeks ago, dreamed the dogs were going crazy about something outside the bedroom. I knew someone was in the house, so I started to reach for my .45 in the lamp table. Got onto one side, then could not move. Knew my gun was right there, but could not reach it. Told myself "Roll out of the bed, and you can get to it". I woke up literally hanging off the side of my bed, reaching out. Was actually going for a gun in my sleep.:o

I had a shadowy gremlin creature hunched over at the end of my bed. When he realised I was looking at him he covered his face with his hands and turned away, like the kind of thing kids do.
