People give "them" credit precisely because you aim your shot at the very corner which your intended target is well away from.

When debating the issues surrounding race and replacement, they often use contradictory arguments. For example, they'll do the "what's a white person?" thing. "Who are the British? What even is European culture?" And then in the very next breath they'll be telling you that white people ought to atone for their past sins or that there are too many whites on the board of the Pin Badge Collectors Society. When it's convenient to them, white people are a distinct race.

Having been somewhat involved with activism in my long lost youth, I can safely say that the worst thing about it was how unrealistic and vague it all was.
Basic goals like better working conditions and such always had to get mixed up with something more woke and absolutely out of context.
Generally speaking I had the strong impression that I was being played.

This was one of the big downfalls of occupy imo (that, and when I went, we literally voted on whether we should be "democratic").

Literally, going around a circle: "Vote if we should be a democratic collective". Braindead.

Goals were too vague. End Capitalism, Abolish the police, bla bla bla. Im not a fan of the democrats or social democracy, but in some sense there are at least practical goals.

Nothing with activism is practical. Activists are lazy. They just demand others solve their problems.

It's their proclivity towards authoritarianism. I'm of the opinion that if you mix authoritarianism with any ideology you will end up with negative results. The issue with the modern left is that they believe they are morally righteous and that any ideology that opposes them is evil. This allows them to justify gaining political power at any cost.

They also play into identity politics. The reason this is an issue is because once people adopt something as part of their personal identity any opposition to that becomes a personal attack. This is why you'll see leftist become irrationally angry at something as esoteric as tax reform or immigration policy, and when someone's angry their ability to think critically severely diminishes. Many cults use brainwashing techniques like this.

The double-think logic around nationality with the British left is particuarly infuriating.

Meanwhile, if you were to ask them how long a white British person would need to live in Japan (or whatever) before they're considered Japanese, you get a blank stare - before they conjure up some way of calling you an evil, bigoted racist.

The left isn't even remotely what it pretends to be. Outside of a few occasions in the late 19th, early 20th century union fighting, leftism has been an ideology pushed by, about, and for aristocrats. Marx was the wastrel son of an industrial family. Lenin was a nobleman. All their talk about "the working class" is verbal bafflegab to give cover to the nihilistic violence unleashed by their armies of thugs. They really don't give a shit about working people, which is especially obvious in the modern west, but also in their murderous oppression of workers throughout history whenever legitimate working people ever get together to demand rights. The Krondstadt rebellion is a good example. (Polish solidarity, the list goes on...)

They are perfectly happy to set up conditions of slavery and forced labor, such as the white-sea canal project, or the Foxconn factories.

They talk a lot about attacking "capitalists" and large monopoly companies, but what they really have a raging hate-boner for is "the bourgeoisie", which is one of their plastic non-words, but always ends up meaning anyone with a shred of independence. Free-holders, independent farmers, small-businessmen: These people are the backbone of any functioning civilization worth the word. The bright periods in human history are those when most people in society are free and own their own livelihoods, and there is a broad distribution of the ownership of the land and resources, forcing would-be oligarchs and tyrants to take notice of their rights and desires. Ownership is desperately important to a free society - for freedom to exist, people need to be able to own their livelihoods.

Leftists always allege that this is a "transitional stage" that cannot last naturally under capitalism. Then they go about centralizing all ownership in a rigid hierarchical totalitarian state. (And they gleefully murder the independent along the way - the Kulaks were independent small-farmers.) The modern left reserves their contempt for the tradies, for independent tradesmen, for independent farmers, for owner-operator truckers. They actually look down on and despise workers.

If monopolies are a problem, socialism enshrines them in state power and doubles down on them. When leftists get their way, the workers don't get to own the means of production: They don't get to own shit. They don't even get to own themselves.

The whole "it's a social construct" bullshit is really irritating, especially when dealing with concepts like math; there's no getting around the objective truth that 2 objects added to 2 identical objects leads to a new total of 4 objects. No amount of screeching "Math is a social construct changes that", and no amount of altering the equation makes 2 + 2 = Some other amount than 4, because even when using different notations, it can be converted back to 2 + 2 = 4. The language we use to describe mathematical concepts is a "social construct", in the sense that language is constructed socially. but definitions and consensus about definitions are necessary, if we're going to continue pretending that we're anything more than hairless apes.

I kept hearing that argument for years. "So and so is a social construct man!" and instead of debating them or trying to prove them wrong, I started saying "So what if it is? What's wrong with social constructs" and they freeze up and can't tell me.

That really isn't surprising. There are still plenty of non-Whites into leftism who genuinely believe in the ideological praxis, but others are just cynically exploiting its momentum for their own racial grievances. What will be the true test of colored commitment to leftism is when they actually control a country. Zimbabwe and South Africa are just two concrete examples of leftist ideas coming into conflict with racial politics.
