What is the worst thing about the right?

I agree with your whole post, and I'd like to add that they don't need to just try to get some of them (I say "some" because many are just completely unreachable) on their side, but also they need to try to enter these roles themselves. There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting into the trades, but this Mike Rowe mentality that a lot of Right wingers espouse just ignores that it's not plumbers and electricians who are going to dictate policy and culture.
Plumbers and Electricians don't even dictate government policies in the nations that go on a right wing basis or conservative basis as well lol.

The right preaches about accountability, investments, and innovation, yet when the value of workers goes up (because the price of everything has gone up), they bitch and complain about a "labor shortage." Accountability, investment, and innovation... unless the price a vital resource (human workers) goes up. Then it's time to throw a tantrum.

They are at the forefront in re-legalizing child labor in multiple states and telling 80 year olds to get back to work because "muh labor shortage." There is no labor shortage, workers are just fed up with being treated like shit for a pay that isn't even worth it.

I thought I posted in this thread, but I didn't. Unless I fucked up the search terms or something.
Anime, being from Japan, and just Asia in General, still hold to values of aesthetics, unlike Tumblr Calarts. Part of the movement to essentially destroy aesthetics.

The Right hating on games and anime is a pitfall that keeps me from supporting them completely. After all, anime is the largest artform that has not been infiltrated by woke or even politics. Even when it's super political like Patlabor 2, it is done for world-building purposes rather than propaganda. So, for the Right to go, "oh, it's all pedo-bait" is wasted energy and, to use an Alinsky term, a drag. The Right doesn't criticize it on its artistic merits, but from a complete unwillingness to understand the genre. So my reaction is generally, "I agree with you on a lot of things, but not on this." One of the key questions in Philosophy is what is Beauty, but Conservatives say that Philosophy is stupid, so of course they don't have influence in art.
The right has a really interesting theme of self determination of success. The problem is that they don't actually address or acknowledge issues which make the system unfair and difficult for the average citizen to succeed. The games rigged and they know it, but their grift is gaslighting you into thinking it's fair, promising that they just help the game run smoothly, and that people with decent complaints and solutions are your enemy.
I thought I had said this before, but the key weakness of the Right, and Libertarianism is particular, is their belief in rugged individualism. It used to be balanced out by the Religious Right, but they died because... well, they did go to war against anime and culture. Communism, as retarded as it is, continues to find adherents because of how repulsive the "Coffee is for Closers" attitude that permeates every business. For every strong, successful Closer, you get a hundred losers and no, telling them to fuck off and try again is not an acceptable answer. That's why welfare exists. That's why Social Security is the Third Rail of politics.

I would like "the right" to mean "the party that is going to secure the country's future and purge the left's contagion," not "the party that's going to embrace all the destructive policies of the left, but maybe throw in a soaring eagle instead of a tranny in a campaign ad."
And this is why fiscal conservatism is a fucking joke.
I think these reasons are both valid. The one demographic that is a net contributor to the system is the one that is being pushed to make even more sacrifices and cutbacks so every other demographic who takes more out of the system than puts in can keep the flow of gibs uninhibited. The rot is as deep as it is wide so if white people decide they should even get back what they put in, that would probably push the system to collapse.

An estimated seven million immigrants will flow into the United States this year alone. None of these people will ever put in what they get out of it. They will leech off the system and send as many remittances back home as possible and if the system goes tits up, they will just run back to their native countries. Nobody on the right has put forth any solutions on this. One guy did in 2016 but that’s about it.

If I’m some boomer white married couple about to retire and get told I have to wait until 71 so we can cram more pee oh cees into the country, I would be fucking furious. There is no solution that doesn’t require being mean to our pee oh cee cultural superiors who were told America is a free for all and to atone for whitey’s racism must keep the spigot of gibs flowing.
I thought I had said this before, but the key weakness of the Right, and Libertarianism is particular, is their belief in rugged individualism
It’s Koch-style libertarianism where the people are supposed to be rugged individualists who shouldn’t expect to get anything out of the system but corporations are delicate hothouse flowers that deserve every subsidy, tax break and regulatory relief possible. It’s the shit that creates unironic communists.

Fortunately I don’t hear much retarded libertarian bullshit today but I remember many Dubya-era conservatives believing the sole purpose of America is to serve big business. C-suite executives were gods on earth and if any of them did anything wrong (and that was a big if) it was actually because of ungrateful employees and expectations that government should serve the people as well. Little wonder how almost an entire generation rejected conservatism.

I think for the American right the "fighting woke ideology in our schools/businesses" aspect is somewhat needed but it does reflect a big problem for them

In the last 30 years (especially since 2012), the Republican Party has been losing the professional half of the US, and it turns out that's the powerful half. For right wingers, its an existential crisis that basically every institution is opposed to them. Government agencies, corporations, civil service, big tech, media, universities, etc. all belong to the Democrats. I'm sorry but you can't build an alternate empire on Heritage Foundation and Fox News.

American society is ran by the suit and tie wearing people. That's why even when Trump had a trifecta in 2017-19 he still struggled to implement his policies, and they acknowledge this with their rants about the Deep State/swamp. The Deep State is not just the CIA, it's all the cogs in the machine of the white collar world.

Its easier for Republicans to blame the institutions themselves, than admit that the problem is the people behind them. It's not just the few woke CEOs or the fat DEI officers, it's the millions of college educated white collar big city professionals, and they'd need to move mountains to win them back.

Suit and Tie people.

That is a very accurate term.

They have an extremely romanticized view of "the people" and think the masses will rise up any day now to overthrow the woke nazis. It would also help if they learned about how modern society works, maybe then they would stop being retarded lolbertarians. They ignored decades of corporate overreach, but it was getting banned on twitter for being racist that caused them to start questioning their anarcho-capitalist delusions. There has never been a prolonged period in human history past the dark ages where outside of anarchies, the government did absolutely nothing and "real capitalism" happened. Countries have still prospered and become economic powerhouses with or in spite of government involvement.
I really don’t understand how you retards think having had a crackdown on speech would have ended up with anything but the government censoring you all AND no alternatives.
Thou shalt not judge, giving to charity, etc. Stuff like that.
@The Ugly One

>815 billion spent on Iraq war out of 1.5 trillion approved by congress, started by Bush
>over two trillion spent over lifetime of Afghanistan War, started by Bush
>untold billions wasted to prop up Israel so we can say there's a democracy in the Middle East, not initiated but continued bu Bush
>middle east destabilized, probably requiring further us intervention down the road, again thanks Bush
>the reason we're in this is because Bush cut the taxes of wages

And this is why fiscal conservatism is a fucking joke.
So because the Neocons launched a bunch of expensive wars the Paleocons and Libertarians didn’t want, the Paleocons and Libertarians should stop being Paleocons and libertarians and vote for whatever expensive bullshit the Leftists do - be Leftists - just to hold office.

Master class of analysis, 10/10, the genius takes I come to Kiwi Farms for.

Looks like garbage and barely resembles a human face.

They have a loser's mentality while also trying to usher in an anarcho-capitalistic randroid hellhole that they themselves would never survive. But they're delusional so they think in such a society everyone will finally recognize their merit and they will be on top. They're kind of like the conservative doppelganger to the leftist parasite communist who thinks they'll be the ones doing the clerical and office work rather than hard labor in a communist society.

I'll add to my previous post about the right preaching about accountability, investment, and innovation yet screeching like babies when workers demand to be paid well and not be treated like shit.

When workers strike, walk out, and quit en mass, what does the right tend to do? Does the right tell the employers to wonder why they can't keep workers? Does the right tell employers to make their job a job worth staying at? Does the right tell them to invest in the workers, so that they can keep talented employees? No, they instead scream at the workers and tell them to "stop being lazy and entitled" for not feeling like busting their ass and sacrificing their life and health for a job that will only chew them up and spit them out.

Henry Ford did not raise his employees' pay and give them more days off because he was a communist, he raised their pay and gave them more days off because he knew that well-rested, motivated workers are more productive and stick around, so he didn't have to train new employees as often. But the right seems to want to go back to working people to death.

They also tend to see children and childcare as a luxury as frivolous as a sports car ("If you can't afford children, then don't have them you deadbeat"), think a mandated parental leave would be literally communism, see no point in investing in education, and then also wonder why birth rates are declining.

They cannot look at the bigger picture, they think everything is an individual's problem.

I haven't even thought about the question of what is worst about the right, but a problem they have is their former relationship with corporations and the rich.

They just can't grasp that it's over and they don't know what to do about it. It's like a guy whose ex is with a new dude and he can't accept it.

They still want to support them (legislation, low taxes on the rich etc.) and are constantly hurt and confused when the corps spit in their faces. Due to their biases/ideology, they cannot recognize the problem, or act to correct it.

Well we're past that, we are officially 3rd world. Where do you think these people streaming across the border go?

They are not right enough.
Replacing stupid, incompetent, ineffectual boomers and normies with stupid, incompetent, ineffectual, mentally ill, anti-social weirdos who spend all day complaining online isn't a good plan.

That's what happens when a group gets infested with losers. They all have the same "I'm a based, intelligent chessmaster who could outsmart and rule over all these plebs, if only they didn't make fun of me so much for saying I hate niggers".
They just can't grasp that it's over and they don't know what to do about it. It's like a guy whose ex is with a new dude and he can't accept it.
That's true for a majority of things the right-wing does. Most of their ideas for society are completely at odds for how a modern, western society operates. They want to bring back a world that can't exist anymore and have failed to offer any real alternatives.

Somehow every group of right-wingers manages to be controlled opposition, whether they're establishment politicians, libertarians, normies, traditional Christians, or /pol/ neo-nazis.
