What is virtue and how do you nurture it in yourself and others?

Here you go:

here's a chart.jpg

Lead by action, not by words.
Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Virtue is your responsibility, not a demand of others.
Respect is not unilateral; you don't get to throw a demand for respect on the table without agreement on what respect is.
Virtue requires boundaries. Too little, and you're a hypocrite. Too much, and you're a doormat.

Depends on the culture, can't really square away at a concrete unified definition other than "good thing good" but it can be a very closed set of attributes. Self improvement is probably the only concrete attribute inside that set, even that differs between cultures - Self improvement of character, of skill, of knowledge, of focus, of strength whatever. Values wise it's hard to discern, there is an objective set of good and bad actions imo but it's easy to prove hypocrisy in any scenario with the right argumentation. Objective values in that case would probably come down to the right actions in the right circumstances against/involving the right people. For example the Batman question, him killing supervillains bad because killing bad but by killing supervillains he's able to prevent certain future catastrophe death and destruction.

Virtue is strength and discernment. At the heart of all sin is weakness, whether a weakness in your ability to achieve or sustain without compromising your ideal self, a weakness willingly spread to others to defeat them without just cause or a weakness in moderating the impulses which can come to harm yourself. Conversely, virtue is that which can strengthen itself without compromise, raise and nurture that which stands outside of you, and through moderation, invigorates your impulses to heighten you.

"What is good, Phaedrus, and what is not good? Need we ask anyone to tell us these things?"

I notice Niggers are raised in bad environments AND have 7% archaic admixture DNA. It's no wonder they're the way they are, a mere prototype of man.

>What is virtue?

The easiest shorthand answer is behavior encouraged by traditional Christianity.

>How do you cultivate it in yourself and others?

Just do your best and lead by example. Religious practice and participation in a religious community helps.

>Is there any other more worthwhile pursuit?

For almost everyone, no. The only argument I could see to the contrary is if you're someone who actually has some degree of real influence or power, like Elon Musk or something. But even then, "be virtuous" would include using that power responsibly, so you could still argue that pursuit of virtue is the only worthwhile pursuit.
