A standalone version of “Hero Line Wars”

Pretty much SAO, but less gay. I just want to punch dragons in the balls, shoot kamehamehas, wedgie noobs and feel my numbers go up, dawg.

Birdwatching simulator. Please. I want to bird even when I'm not birding. I want a game that can recreate the same high.

The game is completely finished and playtested, having no bugs, no glitches. There isn't a "season's pass" or upcoming DLC drip feed. You just boot it up and play, that's it.

A closed world craftless rogueunlike that isn't narrative driven and does not offer a cinematic experience. Dialog choices don't matter (or exist) and the game makes no attempt to be immersive. It has the shallowest lore and combat is entirely anodyne.

That could be pretty good if it included some scenarios to challenge you. I know of a bird reserve directly adjacent to a nudist beach where several men with binoculars have been beaten up by nude men thinking some pervert is peeping their bird. Stuff like that would liven things up.

The are more random ideas of games that will never exist but

>Rumble Roses-style wrestling game developed by Capcom using their female characters as the roster, with Rainbow Mika as the main protagonist.
>Def Jam vs. Urban Reign arcade wrestling game developed by Namco featuring Tiger from Tekken and other wrestling based fighters from all their games.
>Modern MMA-centric Buriki One sequel developed by SNK, with characters loosely based on IRL modern fighters in MMA, Boxing and Kickboxing.
>Bushido Blade clone but based in Medieval Europe

Not really one game, but I wish modern STGs would go back to incorporating wacky upgrade systems, like RPG leveling systems or hidden upgrades in stages. Outside crap European games the only jap games that do it are some experimental Konami games on the MSX and Capcom war shooters, and they all have their own flaws that make them worse than something more modern like Mushi or Touhou.

I guess what I want most is for a revival of arcade design. Outside of tengu project games arcade philosophy is dead. Stupidly difficult, short games that are meant to be replayed are seen as out-dated. So classic genre's like the run 'n guns and action-platformers don't exist anymore outside of indie metroidvanias that try to force this style into a longer form game.

Touhou shmups are great fun. Shame the fanbase are degens.
Yeah, they are. I just wish they would be a little more creative with the weapon systems. Most weapons just fall into either focus weapon that deal more damage, but have limited screen coverage. Homing weapon that deal less damage, but you get more screen coverage. Then for caves games the shit green weapon that's green and shit. I've only put good time into the demo, but touhou 20s shard/crystal system is the closest i've found to a modern Jap STG using an unorthodox upgrade progression. Where you have to actually play the game to unlock all the weapons rather than just being given from the get-go like most shooters.

A roguelike RTS map campaign in Bliz style where the map keeps expanding outward with random bases and enemies.
