Only if you want a potential nervous wreck of a thing.Get a grayhound.
If you're really fixated on small dogs, look into something like jack russell or foxie crossbreeds.

I suggest a German Shepherd, one of the best breeds IMO.
Either that, or a Saluki. Nice breed too

I agree but I think that might be a malinois, who are usually chosen specifically because they are smaller than GSDs and can be carried by a fit person much more easily. Could be wrong though!Yea Mongrels are the way to go if you want a dog with less problems from a health standpoint and they are normally far more intelligent than thoroughbreds, and you can get them in a really nice mix of sizes too.
I like German Shepherds as a bread, lovely loyal animals - who you can carry in a holster....

I assume you meant as a breed? I think german shepherds would object to being put in bread >.>Yea Mongrels are the way to go if you want a dog with less problems from a health standpoint and they are normally far more intelligent than thoroughbreds, and you can get them in a really nice mix of sizes too.

Surrounded by bread, definitely. Baked into, probably not so muchFrom my experience most dogs would love to find themselves surrounded by bread

Definitely a Malinois, the coat is too short for a German Shepherd, and the fur on the body is a little darker than a German Shepherd's tends to be.
