Most lolcows I have met always end up having a Cluster B personality disorder. Usually, their childhoods were rough and they learned at a young age that all forms of attention are good forms of attention. This results in a highly emotionally unstable and histrionic person.
What makes a lolcow a lolcow, however, is that they publicize everything they do without caring about the consequences. They think that any drama that happens to them victimizes them and gives them sympathy points. They get addicted to "oh no, your life sounds so hard," so they start seeking out negative experiences to always be in the "woe is me" spotlight.
Not surprisingly, many lolcows will dip their toe into the entertainment industry or become an influencer because of their addiction to attention.
This always ends up backfiring for them because, behind closed doors, the lolcow is toxic, vile, and egotistical. Remember: without drama, the lolcow doesn't get sympathy points; therefore, they must make drama with whatever tools they have. This results in constant failing friendships, cancel culture call outs, warnings from others in the same community, mocking and ridicule, and much more.
Regardless, the lolcow is a lolcow, but without their stage (the internet), the lolcow is just the town weirdo.
