What makes Lolcows, Lolcows? - They never pop out of nowhere.

I think a big factor is not having to face consequences when they are young. They got by early in life not having to face any repercussions for their actions, no matter how stupid or detrimental. They do whatever they want and flip shit when they get push back of any sort for the first time in their lives from people online.

Most lolcows I have met always end up having a Cluster B personality disorder. Usually, their childhoods were rough and they learned at a young age that all forms of attention are good forms of attention. This results in a highly emotionally unstable and histrionic person.

What makes a lolcow a lolcow, however, is that they publicize everything they do without caring about the consequences. They think that any drama that happens to them victimizes them and gives them sympathy points. They get addicted to "oh no, your life sounds so hard," so they start seeking out negative experiences to always be in the "woe is me" spotlight.

Not surprisingly, many lolcows will dip their toe into the entertainment industry or become an influencer because of their addiction to attention.

This always ends up backfiring for them because, behind closed doors, the lolcow is toxic, vile, and egotistical. Remember: without drama, the lolcow doesn't get sympathy points; therefore, they must make drama with whatever tools they have. This results in constant failing friendships, cancel culture call outs, warnings from others in the same community, mocking and ridicule, and much more.

Regardless, the lolcow is a lolcow, but without their stage (the internet), the lolcow is just the town weirdo.

Soy, estrogen pills and an Internet connection.

Terminal autism coupled with a grand sense of self importance. Also the inability to learn from past actions.

What makes someone ask this same question almost every day? They retard funny laugh at. You retard too so don't get big head. Jersh=profit.

A more original question is why do lolcows STAY lolcows?
You would think that once a thread about you appears on the farms, it would enough of a scare to make them immediately cease all behaviors that caused them to have a thread in the first place. But instead of trying to turn their lives around, most of them continue their old behaviors for years. I think it's because they lack the immense patience and ability to delay gratification that is required to climb out a six-feet deep grave.
