"It's a good time waster." - As you said, but instead of giving him money, I prefer to be just watch and laugh at his stupid antics instead. Why? There are several reasons, here are some: he's a compulsive liar, narcissistic personality (I loved the "IT'S NOT A BUSINESS!" example - he knows it is a business, everyone knows it is a business, and the state knows it is a business. But apparently, he thinks that by saying that several times, reality will warp and it will not be a business anymore), blames game developers for his mistakes ("THE CAR MATERIALIZED IN FRONT OF ME DOOD!! INCOMPETENT GAME DEVELOPERS"), he has a history of making racist/offensive comments, has no competitive spirit (blames lag for when he loses an calls other players "scrubs"), and he (and you, of course) runs his chat like North Korea.
Phil, to me, is the perfect example of what happens when an immature adult makes tons of money but for a short period of time. He bought and got whatever he wanted, got a massive ego, never learned how to handle his money or criticism, blew everything on stupid shit, and now cannot sustain his lifestyle making less than 100k/year. On the outside, he looks fat and old, but on the inside, he is still that immature 20yo who never learned to control is budget and now thinks the world should support him because he shot himself in the foot.
It's pretty funny to see him talking about his financial problems, considering that there is no way he makes less than 50k/year. I bet he makes more money than the average person his age. Why does he complain so much about money? Because he never learned to control his budget, so if he has to save something, that's already consider a "financial difficulty".
