What part you gotta cover with a blanket to be able to sleep?

Say you got a small blanket and it's cold, an experience I'm sure many of us have had, what part of your body do you gotta cover to be able to fall asleep still?

Need a layer between my knees and under me feet. Also never put my arms under the blanket always below the pit.

Usually have my right leg up to the hip poking out from the side of the blanket. Don't know why that's my comfort position but it is.

Covers usually up to my neck, but sometimes partially covering my face. My feet have to be out, I can not sleep with them under the covers. I have no idea why, I've done this since I was a small boy.

I can curl myself into a pretty impressive fetal position, so I can maximize even a very small blanket. As long as my face is uncovered and I can still breathe I'm good, but my feet must be covered in all situations. I don't want the Boogeyman sucking my toes at night.
