I have a theory that most of if not virtually everyone acts and lives a little bit differently than they desired, the big question is what makes you decide not to do something? I know a lot of people that don't live the way then wanted because the fear their parents not liking their "lifestyle", others live on countries under severe regimes and laws that condemns a lot of things, let's use a very bad example in order to try illustrate:
If you lived in a world just like ours but it's perfectly fine to kill someone, will you murder someone you don't like? or your conscious/religious principles would stop you from doing so?
If you lived in a world just like ours but there is no discrimination about gender, sexuality and other discriminations not mentioned, also nobody really cares about other people's sexuality, gender, including your parents, and there is completely no difference from a law standpoint would you still be the way you are?
the goal is not exactly to answer those questions, is to determine where/what makes you change your mind and if it was different, would make your life better?
PS: Sorry for the BoLdy TeXtY from the other post
