I built my own streaming service that use cloudfront to distribute HLS streams.

Now, the only problem is, what should I do with this magical thing?

Considering he makes bank off of superchats and the whiskey is slowing him down, he could probably be convinced to stream both on YouTube and your service.
However it's a better idea to advertise it as new, and not run by idiots burning investor money. People love moving to a fresh platform for the chance of becoming e-famous.

There's also the huge push against mindless censorship that you can capitalize on. While Twitch does allow women to paint their bare tits on stream, it's a very unreliable service for anything else.
