Fried chicken and collard greens fried in bacon grease.
 
"Choose Your Own Adventure" Burritos, you take whatever leftovers you have in the back of the fridge and put it in a tortilla with salsa.
This works great on everything from chinese food to creamed chicken casserole. Got some chocolate cake? Throw that in too.
