Allow sites to specify if they'd like to be considered small establishments or neutral platforms. If they're the former, they have European-style liability for everything that happens. If they're the latter, they have no liability of any kind, but can't censor people.

The only thing I remember from Meditations is Marcus talking about how people get mad at thieves and he was all like, "could you endeavor to make a world without thieves? How would this be possible? No, of course you couldn't. So accept the thief's nature, that he is a thief which must exist in the world, and punish him according to the law, but lol calm down."
