Lol if you hate Thick as a Brick, then don't even listen to A Passion Play. It's a single disc that's one song. Also I think Thick as a Brick is only 20 minutes long.
Nah, it’s a full 45 minutes. That’s part of why it’s so good. Long form music only made rock and roll better.

I play this song every time it pops in my head. It’s become somewhat of a meme at work.

Otherwise known as the size of an entire disc. Listen here Zoomer, but back before we had this fancy schmancy cloud nonsense and MP50s or whatever, there were these things called LPs that had two sides to them.

One day, Ian Anderson in his coked up glory decided to make a song that would be on not just one but both sides of the LP, and that's how A Passion Play was born. It also caused him to create Thick as a Brick Two: Electric Brickaloo, but that's just part of the game you play.

Been playing Project Diva Megamix lately and discovered just how good this song is. There's a lot of Vocaloid-related music I'm only now discovering because I couldn't play the rhythm games growing up.

This is better than the OG SexyBack.

The theme to the Nic Cage vs. Animatronics movie won’t leave my head:

It's the fucking twangy little arp right around 0:30.
I just can't get get that fucking section out of my head, the composition is so perfect.

Sea shanties are genuinely great, fuck the haters.

I have a friend who loved them for years and he feels totally vindicated.

I am humming one of these three at any given point and I have been for weeks now.
