I normally get a bulk generic 180 pack from most drug counters. I personally just aim for something with more D3 in it.

It might be a little "new age" for your taste but chlorella is extremely effective and all natural. It's just a powdered algae but it is extremely nutrient dense with many reported benefits.

https://naturalways.com/chlorella-nutritional-analysis.htm here's a semi decent nutritional breakdown. Vegans and vegetarians use it a lot to get a bunch of benefits that can be harder to get in plants. It's an extremely efficient source of protein and phosphorus on top of many other things.

It might be a little expensive and you don't need to make much of it at all. Also certain pescatarians like it because on top of the added nutrients it's apparently very good at detoxing heavy metals.

Personally I like my Flintstone gummies but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

None, I have a pretty healthy diet filled with greens, fruits, meat and whatelse, while not consuming any candies, alcohol or any of that shit. The recent change I've made is eating 3 boiled eggs after exercise.

Some guy on Joe Rogan said that you want your vitamin pills to be "methylated" otherwise your body might not make proper use of them

I have no idea how true this is
 
Supplements i take right now:

1gram protein powder per 1lb of bodyweight, usually 3-4 shakes a day (if cutting mix with water, if bulking, mix with whole milk)

for work/brain: Lions mane, KSM-66, l-theanine, kratom (low dose for energy/focus), rhodiola,
for lifting: ZMA, creatine, beta-ecdysterone (giving it a test run), biotin/collagen, cordyceps, vitd+k2, agamatine, l-citrulline, alpha-gpc, l-tyrosine
for sleep: TauroMag if needed, glycerin, cbd,
for fucking/hormone-support: tongkat ali, tribilus, maca, cistanche, epicatechin+piperine,

Plus a fuckload of daily caffeine and nicotine and normal vitamin shit.

How autistic do you want to get? thorne multivitamin is held in the highest regard.

When i was powerlifting, animal paks were all the rage and those seemed good. They made my pee turn cool colors.

I'd just pop some multivitamin gummies if you want to just be on safe side.

Ashwagandha (bought this stuff for the first time not so long a go just because of the memes)
Fish oil
Caffeine and electrolyte tablets (actually pretty nice since I don't like the taste of coffee, I usually dissolve a couple in a water bottle and drink them throughout the day or do one in the morning)

I try to 'eat the rainbow' with 6-7 servings of fruit and vegetables daily to get my vitamins and a variety of different proteins and monounsaturated fat. Sometimes I have fortified protein shakes.

I supplement vitamin D3 and iron and keep my exercise intensity in sync with my monthly cycle. When I take a multivitamin I usually get the skin, hair and nails ones. I'm also considering getting some BCAAs, at the moment I typically have a pre-workout meal with fruit and a cup of coffee.

Over the years I've been on and off with supplements trying lots of different configurations and brands (the most important part, imo). I finally feel like I have the ideal supplement regiment now. A few things could change, but this has been working really well for me and costs about $.75 to $1 a day (totally worth it in long term)
I've also gotten much better about consistently taking my supplements. Getting a pill organizer made a big difference, I just use an ice cube maker with a sealable lid.

I take in the morning:
Zinc 50mg
Vitamin D (currently 15,000ug to makeup for temporary deficiency)
PURE brand multivitamin (expensive but this brand makes good shit)
Complete B-Complex (life extension brand, seems solid)
1 or 2g fish oil
1g L-Arginine
600mg NAC
1.5g Glycine (this doesn't seem necessary, tbh)
2g Vitamin C

Then throughout the day, or as needed, I take:
Magnesium Glycinate (PURE brand, anywhere from 360mg to 720mg spread out)
N-Acetyl-L-tyrosine or DLPA (not everyday)

At night:
1g vitamin C
1.5 to 3g glycine
600 to 1200mg of NAC
Usually 360mg of Magnesium Glycinate

I got a costco jug of Calcium Megamix that afternoon and I've been downing them like candy, going hard on beef, chicken, and cheese, and holy shit I was bicycling to work today in steel toe boots. It's still a little wonky but Hulkamania is running wild brother jack dude

I was recommended Alpha-GPC to help replenish depleted acetylcholine and I've noticed a massive turnaround in my memory and concentration, but I didn't know it could help in lifting. Can you explain to me how it benefits your lifting?
