I was unable to access the site from... let's say late April... to today.

Granted, I forgot about checking if I could get on the site for... probably a month or two before now. My browser forgot about it.

So what the heck happened? And how on Earth did the site get back?

I wanted to say that it all began when trannies managed to force Cloudflare to refuse service to the farms, but that happened even before that, so... I dunno. Maybe some problem with your provider.

It was touch and go for awhile. General Lis "IronJaw" Donggone performed a successful flanking maneuver on the Kiwi Aquatic Legion, notably sinking the Byuu with all hands lost. The ship sunk on a channel cable and cut access to the overseas colonies so the majority of threads were commented on via passenger pigeon for awhile.

The trannies then cracked the Kiwi Morse code used to send [Late] comments (after the great late pigeon swarm) so we had to switch to SKATS.... let me see, late april late april.

Ah yes, Josh has had to basically to a weird crisscross of networking through a bunch of smaller domains. For awhile, certain specific places were blocked and Josh slowly had to regrow hit little tendrils. That's probably what did it.

There's a telegram group that has live updates, might be worth getting on that if you're worried.

It was as if Gandalf never showed up to save the day at the Battle of Helm's Deep.

Null once described our position as Helm's Deep from LOTR: The Two Towers. A solid defensive position, but with no retreat. However, it did have a secondary entrance that you could manage a small number through.

Some tranny at google managed to blow up the wall at Helm's Deep, and so we had to retreat through the secondary entrance. And now we're just kind of wandering the plains of Rohan. Nomadic, gypsy living, existing anywhere people can physically permit our existence, or our lunatic foes can't find us.
