I have recently received ghost peppers, but I'm not sure what I should even do with them. Is there a way to eat them without burning my mouth off? Any suggestions?

There must be like a million recipes out there for you to look at.

Like, do you want us to look for it and discuss it here? If that's the case, maybe the "Food" board would be better.

Sorry, I guess I wanted to know if anyone knew any good recipes or uses. Sure, I could look it up, but I more so want to know if anyone personally knows anything about them.

When I grew them, I found that a single ghost pepper as the only source of heat in a stockpot-sized pot of soup or chili was close to perfect. As an aside, freezing them damages the pepper’s structure - they fall apart once thawed out - but if you’re throwing it into a soup or making hot sauce that doesn’t matter.

Dry them, blitz them up, put them in a shaker. Include or omit the seeds and white flesh depending on your appetite for spice. Its great on top of pizza.
