What was your first game?

Mario back on the NES in the late 80's. Probably around 89. I had the Mario Bros/Duck Hunt cartridge, and my NES came with the light gun. My NES was one of the faulty ones that had the messed-up cartridge slots. I remember going to Toys R Us with my dad to get cleaning kits and everything. It just didn't work right after a while. In 1993 I got a SNES which worked fine all the way till 2001 when I sold it. I think I had 3 games for the NES. The Mario and Duck Hunt combo cart, Castlevania III Dracula's Curse and Godzilla 2. Godzilla 2 wasn't that great. Castlevania III was ok but hard as hell for a young kid. So, I played Mario and Duck Hunt the most.
 
What was the first video game you ever played, or at least the game that got you into video games?

First video game was Super Mario World.
The game that got me into video games was Banjo-Kazooie.
 
I've probably played games before it, but Age of Empires 1 was the first game I remember sinking any real amount of time into.
