I dunno how the american court system works, but I think he needs and hopefully will be put in a group home. Prison seems harsh for retards and he honestly just needs to be monitored.

The joke answer is a state mandated Boyfriend free girlfriend so he doesn't go after his mom.

That's where he's going. The deferment in August was basically saying "I, the judge am cucking out and giving Chris the easy way out. No prison saga fo you, checkmate weens." It's just so backlogged he's yet to be transferred.

I understand that, it's just an observation I've had about the possibility of felony charges. Most misdemeanors can't be punished by more than a year in jail I think. If it's all misdemeanors is it possible he'd get out with time served and maybe probation?

Despite the charges I'm kinda concerned they'll go easy on the guy.
While I generally agree with you that the penalty for rape is far too low in any Western country, in Chris' case he's already been punished. He's lost his hoard, his home, the only meaningful relationship he'll ever have, and each and every ally. When he does finally get out, the income he used to generate from his 'fame' will have dried up forever, regardless of whether or not he gets access to the internet again. Maybe someone will toss him a five here and there, but no one will ever buy one of his amiboo repaints every again. The total sum of his worldly possessions will be placed in a cardboard box and carried in his arms as he's released from custody.

If he's lucky he'll end up in a group home, but given the USA's utter contempt for the mentally ill, the chances are pretty reasonable he'll end up living under a bridge with the rest of the derros.

my current idea of how things are going to go are as following:
- Whether chris gets out of jail now or later, he's not going to be allowed to come back to chateau de chandler.
- Barb gets to live out her remaining time alone with her precious hoard and dies as happily as one can in her pathetic situation. Whether this is at home, or in a nursing home is irrelevant.
- Chris will wail like a banshee and blame his mom's death on us not believing in the merge because chris has surrendered to fantasy at this point.
- Chris gets out of jail only to become a public nuisance. He won't get a job, and doing mundane tasks like rent, bills, and taking care of himself requires someone watching over his shoulder. Without barb he'll be despondent and have nothing holding him to reality or giving him direction.
- Now free of his parent's influence in its entirey, Chris will turn his ego and impotent rage on someone. anyone. someone will make him mad and we'll get another case like the pepper spray incident. The cops will come, and chris, now having experience prison is going to resist arrest.
- Chris will get put back in jail for likely violating his parole, and go in and out of jail because he can't fathom that its his behavior that's doing this to him.
- Chris becomes so comfortable in jail that he ends up mouthing off to someone, anyone that should not be mouthed off to and they play kick the autistic for real.

I'd hardly call not using Federal funds to offer more robust mental health services "utter contempt", nor would I ascribe budgeting decisions to the nation and her people as a whole.

That said, many states have mental health services (perhaps not as robust as those say Norway). The main issue is the refusal of the mentality ill to seek treatment and the fact that the courts cannot involuntarily commit patients.

If Chris finds himself under a bridge like a troll, it will be by his own hand and not because 300 million strangers are all some sort of malevolent hive mind who love playing Kick the Autistic.

The bridge life is inevitable, but I think there will be a brief post jail/prison period of other internet famous people trying to adopt him as their pet tard.

Someone bonkers in their own right like Ethan Ralph or maybe Keffals.

Keffals might have some quarter baked plan to try and use Chris as a figurehead to rally another farms takedown around, but it will back fire.

Realistically? Homeless and wandering around a major city like those schizophrenics you see on the sidewalk of every major west coast city. Living in a tent rambling about the merge in-between being robbed by meth addicts. All you had to do was not rape your mother Chris and you could have avoided this.

What about JustinRPG being a potential adopter? :lit:

If Chris ends up homeless wandering around a city theres no doubt in my mind that there would be at least one ween that would find him and take him home to torture him or something.

at this point given the lack of updates im guessing he is gonna get casually set free next year sometime and maybe end up developing a drug addiction from whatever they must jam him full of in jail or the mental ward or wherever he is.

I think a homeless saga would be cool like terry davis right before he died
Terry was far more street smart then Chris. He lived out of his van for a bit too. If (more likely when at this point) he becomes homeless he's fucked. Chris will be taken advantage of by street junkies.

What's crazy too is that Terry was homeless in what is now the most dangerous place to be homeless.

Can you even be homeless in DC?

And not just that, but as a dude who continually said nigger. I even remember a video where he just walked up to a nigger, said "hi nigger" and walked on.
I think the dude straight up threatened him lol

This is just a question regarding the poll: what is the difference between "group home" and "institutionalized"? As I understand it, it's more or less the same circumstances.

In a group home, the only thing enforcing rules would be the risk of being kicked out. If he’s “institutionalized” they would have authority somewhat closer to jail or prison.

This line would get fuzzy though if maintaining residence in a group home is required to stay out of jail or something. But a group home could not technically force Chris to stay there

Unless I’m mistaken, a group home technically can’t force someone to take their meds (they can make it a condition of staying), but an institution can.
