What about the zerg from starcraft? Who's original species were a kind of telepathic parasitic worms that ended up incorporating other species into their biodiversity? They had no jaw in the first place.


Or what about aeon flux' future humans, who have no mouth or digestive system at all?

Or for that matter "the blob" from the movie?


Of course the Orz from star control 2 have a movable upper beak much like birds

And also of course the umgah, which have moyths, but not really jaws

That's not the same as an immobile lower jaw, especially since lots of creatures don't have jaws at all.
