As you know some guy named Kevin Baugh turned his rural Nevada property into a parody country sometime in the 70s. He knows it's a joke but he still runs it like a legit nation, with defined borders, laws, currency, and passport stamps.

My question would be what would happen if Chris attempted this at 14 BLC either on his own whim or as a result of a troll pulling the strings?
