What's a proper name for pedo dramas?

After using the Internet for an extended period of time, one starts to notice that

1. Online communities have (or will have) dramas.
2. One of these dramas will involve pedophilia.

I find it strange that there's no "official", "true and honest", fancy name for this crap. Any idea how to refer to pedo dramas without calling them pedo dramas?

I saw that featured thing about "cunny groypers" and thought it sounded like a Fallout faction, like Tunnel Snakes or something lmao
