What's an effective way to get rid of bad Sinuses? - Anything besides Government facade gimmick medicines.

Regular use of a Netti Pot is what I would try, and then if you can, go see an ENT specialist. (Ear, Nose,Throat)
Anecdotally, a family member of mine has been having bad sinus and inner ear problems and they are convinced that it has something to do with a post-Covid thing.
Hope you feel better, soon.

Buy a HEPA air filter for your bedroom. Coway makes good ones that aren't too expensive. This really really makes a difference if you are in an older building.

Vacuum every day. Get a robot vacuum if it makes it easier for you.

If you have a bunch of dusty objects, pare things down. I know a hoarder that is constantly at the doctor for sinus issues.

Saline nasal spray from the drug store.

Give up smoking.

In the US you can get bronkaid but you have to ask the pharmacist and show ID. It opens up your nasal passages and lungs.

If your house gets dry, get a humidifier. Get one that shuts off before making things too humid.

Your milage may vary on this but some people believe in eucalyptus essential oil in a diffuser. Other people think essential oils can just irritate things.

I used to have constantly stuffy nose and it turned out it was some sort of chronic infection related to other stuff. I used a q-tip dipped in povo-iodine and swirled it in my nose a few times a day. That stuff burns a little and it really cleared my sinuses, but the difference happened over a few weeks that I no longer had a weird chronic thing going on there.

Only a doctor will be able to tell you if you have a chronic colonization going on vs. something else, but honestly my own doctors just wanted to toss OTC decongestants at me that didn't work and I was the one to bring "what if that infection I always have is causing this" to the table.

The disgusting Staphacne subreddit has a big list of links of things that can be caused by staph, although a lot of people are just carriers.

I have horrible sinus problems, I see everyone giving advice, best thing I can tell you is go GET THEM X-RAYED

While I should have had surgery years ago for it, I didn't. Sometimes you can have huge sinus cavatis, and they don't drain right..
you may also have a massive infection that's been living in your face for years. seriously, go get them x-rayed

In the meantime, drink lots of water, hot tea is good, and use salt washes

Hope you feel better soon

Without going to an ENT, it is impossible to recommend anything. What we call something "sinus issues" is a colloquialism. "Sinus Issues" covers a rather large range of various disorders starting in or directly involving the sinuses. The range of discreet entities covered under "sinus issues" is extremely wide, including the immune, respiratory, and vascular system, to name a few. Going to an ENT will start the process of determining what exactly the issue is and how it can be treated. It might involve laboratory investigation, allergy patch testing, etc... so I wouldn't go thinking you will get an answer on the first visit, unless it is quite obvious to the ENT on first glance. The good thing is that getting a precise answer and an algorithm for treatment is nearly guaranteed. If you aren't interested in doing what is necessary to get an answer, or you aren't interested in actually treating the disorder, don't waste your time and co-pay. Knowing what it is doesn't make much of a difference if you aren't going to actually treat it.

Is it actually shit sinus or just a lot of dry boogers stuck high in your nose? For me it was the latter so during a nice hot shower I blow my nose watching the chunk of boogie stretch down the drain.

Got myself some pure peppermint oil and I wonder how many days until I notice a difference?
