What's an effective way to get rid of bad Sinuses? - Anything besides Government facade gimmick medicines.

I've been suffering from horrible Sinus problems for about a year now and I still can't find a reason why it has gotten worse for me.

It's June and the bad sinuses are back and it turns out I am allergic to pollen. I'd rather necro this thread than make a new shitty thread. But I find it annoying how often my nose and my ears plug up. Sometimes even having to insert and twirl the Q-Tip to unclog the ear. But yeah, other than that I'm doing fine.

Easier said than done, My nose doesn't filter out whatever it doesn't and it keeps sneaking into my nostrils.
